The Alliance's Chocolate Lover's Fantasy 2024 Benefit is finally here! This year's event will take place on Thursday, April 11th, from 5:30-8:00pm at Mount Princeton Hot Springs Resort Pavilion. In addition to our awesome lineup of silent auction items, we will again be hosting a live auction and paddleraiser featuring Dan R. from Heart of the Rockies radio as our auctioneer! The Alliance works to empower survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault through direct service, education, and social change. All profits from the Chocolate Lover’s Fantasy event directly benefit The Alliance’s programs and will help the nonprofit to expand services in 2024 to include free, one-on-one counseling for survivors, expanded support group options, forensic nurse exams for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault, and restorative justice practices to enhance healing and justice options for clients. The Central Colorado Conservancy will host their 1st Annual Stewardship Gala on Thursday, September 21st at the Mt. Princeton Pavilion. Chaffee County Habitat for Humanity is pleased to announce their 8th Annual Mac & Cheese Bake-Off to be held at the Mt. Princeton Hot Springs Resort Pavilion on Thursday, July 28th 2022 at 5:30 PM. This event is open to the public and registration is free for bakers. To enter the bake-off, sponsor the event, donate to the silent auction, or to purchase tickets please visit our event site at https://chaffeehabitat.charityproud.org/EventRegistration/Index/8955 by no later than noon July 25th.  Aside from the macaroni and cheese tasting, this event will include salad, dessert, cash bar, and music played by DJ the DJ. This year’s silent auction is a virtual event to allow you more time to bid on your favorite items. Bidding opens on Monday, July 25th at 12:00 PM and will close on Friday, July 29th at 11:59 PM. Winners will be contacted the week of August 1st. Adult tickets for the event are $25.00 if purchased in advance, and $35.00 at the door; tickets for children ages 12 and under are $10.00. All proceeds from this event will benefit Chaffee County Habitat for Humanity’s mission of building homes, communities, and hope. We are excited to partner with Mount Princeton Hot Springs Resort to raise funds and awareness of affordable housing for local families."
