Coffee by Topo is Salida’s newest specialty coffee shop and downtown gathering space. Proudly queer-owned and operated, Topo has been serving the Salida community since 2021 at farmers markets, local events, and catering. They have now expanded into their brick and mortar cafe at 211 F St., offering all your favorites including their famous Oat Milk Chai.
