NAMI Family Support Group starts on July 22nd and will meet every 2nd and 4th Thursday from 6 to 7:30 PM at the Salida United Methodist Church at 228 E. Fourth St.  This is a peer-led support group for any adult with a loved one who has experienced symptoms of a mental health condition.

NAMI Family Support Groups are free, confidential and safe groups of families helping other families who live with mental health challenges. In NAMI Family Support Groups, families join a caring group of individuals helping one another by utilizing their collective lived experiences and learned wisdom. There is hope and you are not alone.
