The League of Women Voters of Chaffee County March 11th meeting from 12-1 pm at the Poncha Springs Town Hall (330 Burnett Avenue) will focus on women’s reproductive issues.

“Exploring Women’s Reproductive Rights” will feature a panel of experts who will discuss the history and statistical data pertaining to reproductive care and the proposed Colorado Ballot Initiative 89 which would put access to abortion without insurance discrimination into the state Constitution.

Because capacity is limited and a large turnout is expected, participants are required to register for the event.  Registration begins March 1st and early registration is encouraged. Go to lwvchaffeecounty.org and click on the event to complete the registration form.

Questions for the panelists may be submitted in advance and no later than March 6th to info@lwvchaffeecounty.org  Cards also will be available for written questions to be submitted at the event.
