Everyone is invited to attend the FREE Annual Salida Riverside Art & Music Festival held annually the 3rd weekend in July at Riverside Park in downtown Salida on the banks of the great Arkansas River (since 2009).

Juried handcrafted art by national artists, with sculpture, jewelry, ceramics, leather, wood, photography, wearable art, painting, fiber, mixed media, and more.

Popular local and invited musicians perform both days on the amphitheater stage. On stage has been music performers from the area and regionally including Bruce Hayes, Kelly Triplett, AJ Fullerton, Hogan & Moss, Beans and Wheels, Soda Blue, Ponder The Albatross, Doc and Kit, Clyde Tullis, Cody Jeffryes, Steve Werges, and so many more. Make your own special art at the free Creation Station Art Experience. A Libations Garden offers local craft beer and wine, and enjoy delicious vendor foods. Cool your toes in the Arkansas River with sandy beaches just steps away from the festival – or schedule a rafting trip with one of the many popular rafting companies in Salida.
