This session will be facilitated by Beckah Terlouw. Beckah is passionate about cultivating collaborative leadership within diverse teams. She values efficiency, innovation, inclusion, winning, and absolutely loves solving challenges. Beckah works nationwide with organizations ready to increase results in strengths-based collaboration, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), strategic community engagement, asset-based community development (ABCD), and project innovation.
