This Memorial Day, join us to salute veterans by participating in The Murph Challenge.  This challenge is traditionally done in a weighted vest and within 60 minutes, but we will have options to make this scalable and suitable for all fitness levels!

Details: Monday, May 31st at 9am at Anytime Fitness in Poncha Springs.  Open to members and non-members alike, $15, all proceeds to go a local vet foundation.  Weather permitting the run portion will be outdoors.  Sign up by 5/28 by calling us at 719-626-2121 or emailing us at poncha-salidaco@anytimefitness.com.  Space is limited, first come first serve.
