If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, you are invited to be a part of the Chaffee County Health Coalition.  Since 2013 the CCHC has been meeting to promote health and wellness in our valley.  Our mission is “to improve accessibility, affordability and quality of health, wellness and prevention through collaboration and coordination in Chaffee County.”

CCHC meets six times per year for a free lunch, networking, presentations, community health and wellness updates and conversation on a wide range of topics related to health.  CCHC includes a wide range of health and wellness sectors, including medical and mental health providers, public health, human services, addiction and recovery, senior services, youth services and more.  The atmosphere at our meetings is informal, relaxed, informative, collaborative and, yes, even fun as evidenced by this emoji ????!
