ABOUT
The Learning Source is a non-profit organization based in Denver that promotes and provides educational opportunities through collaborative partnerships for adults and families to support their future achievements. We are happy to continue our English as a Second Language (ESL) and High School Equivalency (HSE/GED) programing in the mountain region of Colorado.
EMPLOYER PROGRAM- Helping Businesses Succeed
Our employer program provides FREE on-site English as a Second Language (ESL) classes
for employees. The classes are designed to meet the needs of the employer AND improve job performance and work relationships for the participating employees. We work closely with the employer to determine class goals and outcomes. We also work with local workforce centers to connect students to resources and training opportunities.
HISTORY
Our organization has been teaching classes and helping communities for more than 50 years. In fact, when Sister Cecilia Linenbrink founded The Learning Source in 1964, it was in a church basement with 16 volunteers and 40 students. We have always been focused on helping our students further their potential in the workplace or school. We hire teachers that have worked in educational settings to ensure the best possible instruction. When you enroll in a Learning Source class, you will work with great people in an organization that has a history of excellence.
