I began my career as a consumer loan officer and banker while attending the University of Colorado for Business and Computer Science. After college, I transitioned into the Commercial Leasing Industry. I worked my way up from Western Regional Sales Manager to the Midwest Regional Branch Manager overseeing the sales, credit, collection, and legal documentation functions! I was able to lead a team of 60 in 4 state offices to double sales volume while cutting delinquency in half. After becoming a National Sales Manager for an advertising company, I went back into my college minor computer science. I was on the transition management team when Compaq Computer merged with Hewlett-Packard. After downsizing layoff, I worked for AT&T mobility division retiring from AT&T. I have owned 3 businesses along the way, including candy manufacturing, financial services and floor cleaning and my current Business Coaching, Training and Speaking business. I joined JMT to take my years of corporate and business experience to help Businesses, Corporations and Non-profit organizations to MAX- imize their goals and vision. I travel throughout the United States and internationally teaching leadership skills.
