This event is designed to celebrate and support the aging community by bringing together a diverse range of resources, services, and opportunities tailored to their needs. As a valued organization in our community, we believe your participation would greatly enhance the experience of our attendees. We would be honored to have you join us as a table partner, where you can showcase your products, services, and expertise to a receptive audience of older adults, their families, and caregivers. As a table partner, you will have the opportunity to: ● Showcase your products and services to a targeted audience. We expect to have 300+ attendees. ● Network with other professionals and organizations dedicated to supporting the aging community. ● Participate in a meaningful event that aims to enhance the quality of life for our older adult population. How to Participate: 1. Registration Form: Please complete the registration form below with your organization's details and any specific requirements. We will provide tables and tablecloths. Registration is due August 31st, however we encourage you to register as soon as possible, as spaces are limited and may fill up quickly. 2. Table Fee: To participate in this event we ask that your organization make a $40 donation to the Alzheimer's Association or trade for event or marketing services.  If you are unable to financially contribute, please reply to this email and we will make accommodations!  The Alzheimer's Association is partnering with Colorado Public Health to focus on risk reduction, early diagnosis, prevention, education and management of chronic conditions, and supporting Coloradans living with Alzheimer's, dementia and related diseases.
