A ChurchRhythm Collection- A Night of Jazz Fundraising Event for A Church and Arts First Studio Saturday, July 12 6:00 at A Church in Salida. Tickets: www.achurchsalida.org/event-details/rhythm-collection-a-night-of-jazz The evening begins with complimentary appetizers on the patio at 5:00 with music by Dave Tipton. Adult and N/A beverages will be available. Concert starts at 6:00 with Justin Allison, followed by Zephyr Jazz Quartet, finishing up with the headliner, Hot Club KC. The Crepe Magouille French Food Truck will be on the premises. Featuring: Hot Club KC - Acoustic Gypsy Jazz. Winner of 2022 Pitch Magazine’s “Best Jazz Band of Kansas City.” The Zephyr Jazz Quartet - Sauced with Latin and a little funk and finding inspiration in music from Pat Metheny to John Coltrane, this quartet performs their unique versions of contemporary jazz, original scores and even an occasional jazz standard thrown into the mix. Composer/Guitarist/vocalist Justin Allison - Justin has shared the stage and opened shows for a diversity of talent including Curtis Stigers, Bela Fleck and the Flecktones, Tuck and Patti, George Benson, Ray Charles, Natalie Cole, Rosanna Vitro, Al Green and Tito Puente. $35 general admission. All proceeds go to A Church, a 501-C(3) non-profit community venue and Arts First performing arts studio youth scholarship.

Rhythm Collection — A Night of Jazz
A ChurchFeaturing: Hot Club KC - Acoustic Gypsy Jazz. Winner of 2022 Pitch Magazine’s “Best Jazz Band of Kansas City.” The Zephyr Jazz Quartet - Sauced with Latin and a little funk and finding inspiration in music from Pat Metheny to John Coltrane, this quartet performs their unique versions of contemporary jazz, original scores and even an occasional jazz standard thrown into the mix.
