SQUARE DANCE INTRO STARTS JAN. 16
Beat the winter Blahs! Kick up your heels and learn a new indoor sport—Square Dancing. The Monarch Mavericks Square Dance Club begins a 6-Week INTRO TO SQUARE DANCE session, Thursday, January 16 in Salida at the Legion Hut, 235 W. 10th. The first “try it out” class is free of charge, no obligation. Instructor Hal Barnes and Maverick dancers make the evening like going to a party!
Absolutely nothing required except the ability to walk fast, hear what the caller says, and have a good sense of humor. No equipment, no special clothes, no partner necessary, two left feet welcome! Carpools available.
