Make plans to attend the third annual fundraiser for Elizabeth Anne’s Haven (formerly Haven for Hope), Tuesday, August 20th at 5:30 p.m.

The gala Western-themed event, to be held at The Barn at Sunset Ranch, will feature a dinner catered by Amica’s with on-site pizza ovens and a variety of Italian entrees, a dessert bar by Scratch Kitchen and a cash bar.

“We hope our friends and neighbors will join us for this fun and informative evening and help us raise money to build a home for women who are survivors of human trafficking–a haven where they can find healing for body, mind and spirit,” said Becky Martin, Elizabeth Anne’s Board President.

Ms. Martin added that the evening will offer a silent auction and donation tiers where donors can actively engage with the organization “to build an inviting and welcoming home for the women who live at Elizabeh Anne’s.” The program features an update from director Beth Ritchie and a special presentation from survivor/educator Angela Rae Clark.

Ms. Clarke is a writer, speaker and healing arts professional living in the Southwest. She is a survivor of childhood commercial sexual exploitation and actively contributes to survivor-informed research projects and speaks on trauma recovery.  She currently is an active leader for the Western Slope Against Trafficking Task Force.
