The Parent Toolkit for Kids class will be running on Monday nights, 5:30pm-7:30pm, from January 27th-February 24th at the Boys and Girls Club in Salida.

This class is designed for parents and caregivers of children ages 9-14, to help them support their kids in making good choices. Some of the topics that will be covered include:

• Promoting health and wellbeing during the teen years
• Developing healthy beliefs and clear standards
• Dealing with anger in a positive way
• How to guide kids to say NO, keep their friends, and still have fun
• How to strengthen family bonds
