Join the Chaffee Rec Adopters and the BLM and the National Forest Foundation for a dispersed campsite designation and cleanup for National Public Lands Day! We’ll be getting the area set up for designated dispersed camping by taking down fire rings, removing ash piles, installing signs and other projects.

September 28 – 9am – Noon

Meeting area – Shavano Wildlife Management Area

Bring: Gloves, closed-toed shoes, shovels/rakes. Water bottle & food. Hat, long pants and sleeves recommended.  Water and light snacks provided.
