We have officially kicked off Open Enrollment! Open Enrollment runs November 1st-January 15th and is the time to sign up for a health insurance plan or renew a current plan.
Who We Are
- Connect for Health Colorado is the state’s official health insurance marketplace. Our mission is to increase access, affordability and choice for individuals, families and small employers purchasing health insurance in Colorado.
What We Do
- We provide a marketplace for Coloradans who don’t receive health insurance through Medicaid, Medicare, or their employer to shop, compare, and enroll in a health insurance plan.
- We are the only place where residents can qualify for and receive financial help for their health insurance.
- This year, 3 out of 5 customers eligible for financial help can find a plan for $10 a month or less.
- We anticipate 81% of customers will receive financial help.
Open Enrollment
- Open Enrollment is the only time during the year you can sign up for a health insurance plan without needing a qualifying life change event.
- Enroll by December 15th for coverage starting January 1st, 2025.
- Enroll by January 15th for coverage starting February 1st, 2025.
New Options for Coloradans Who Are Immigrants
- NEW this year, Coloradans with DACA status can shop and apply for financial help with Connect for Health Colorado.
- NEW this year, current SilverEnhanced Savings recipients through the OmniSalud program can re-enroll between November 1st and November 22nd. This is not an auto-renewal: action is required!
- After the re-enrollment process for current SilverEnhanced Savings customers ends, all left over SilverEnhanced Savings spots will go to first-come, first-served starting at 8am November 25th.
- NEW this year, children 18 and under and pregnant Coloradans who meet Medicaid criteria except for immigration status will become eligible for Medicaid and CHP+ coverage starting January 1st 2025. Apply through PEAK.
