Join us in the tasting room as we continue our “How To” series! In this section of the series, you will learn the basics of pairing your favorite foods with some of the most common grape varietals. We will provide the necessary supplies, wine, perfectly paired bites (sweets, too), and knowledge. You provide the curiosity. $20 per guest includes wine and supplies We will continue on March 24th “How to Speak Wine”. Remember, the best way to learn about wine…is to drink it! We can’t wait to learn with you! *Please RSVP* We’re making the amuse-bouche, so we need an accurate count, we don’t want to come up short!

We will provide the necessary supplies, wine, and knowledge. You provide the curiosity. $20 per guest includes wine and supplies We will continue on February 17th, with “How to Pair Wine” and on March 24th “How to Speak Wine”. The STOMP is ON!!! Thanks to the determination and hard work of the grape growers in the Grand Valley, the Animas River Valley and winemaker, Steve Flynn, the long-standing grape stomping tradition will be held on Saturday, September 25th from noon to 5pm at Vino Salida Wine Cellars in beautiful Poncha Springs. We can’t wait to see you all as we make wine the old fashioned way!
