Maverick Potter 148 North F St., SalidaThe Maverick Potter will be hosting their Second Annual Invitational show. This is a curated collection of 22 nationally recognized contemporary ceramic artists selected for their diverse approach to the medium and high degree of skill and craftsmanship. The show runs October 7th through November 8th at our gallery at 148 North F St and is available for viewing and purchase every day during regular business hours. Su Casa!’s 8th Annual Food Drive- Drop Off at Store
Su Casa! Furniture & Sleep Shop 3rd & F Street, SalidaThroughout November 5th-8th drop off donations at Su Casa! anytime (they are closed on Mondays). Or call Su Casa! at (719)-539-4343 and a staff member can come and meet you at your vehicle. Donations will go to the Presbyterian Church Food Pantry. Drive up to Su Casa! at the corner of 3rd and F St., and someone will be there waiting to take your food donation, so that you don’t have to get out of your car, or off of your bike. Green Drinks Event- With The Colorado Green Business Network
Coffee by Topo 211 F St, SalidaThe next Green Drinks event is scheduled for Wednesday November 6th at Coffee by Topo! Staff from the Colorado Green Business Network will be in Salida to discuss how local businesses can get FREE certification and technical assistance to meet their sustainability goals. Presentation starts at 6pm, followed by questions and networking. The event is free but participants are encouraged to purchase a snack or beverage to support our hosts.
