This workshop will guide you through the powerful intersection of resilience, vulnerability, and mindfulness. You’ll learn how to embrace vulnerability as a strength, build emotional and mental resilience, and practice mindfulness to stay grounded and focused in your business and personal life. Join us at the Steam Plant each month as Salida Arts & Culture presents the monthly art exhibit in the Paquette Gallery and the Salida Council for the Arts hosts a reception and chance to meet other art supporters. Meet the artists, hear about the exhibit, network, and participate in the Soapbox tradition- where artists and organizations can make announcements about upcoming events, shows, and programs. From visual art, dance, music, theatre, and more, discover ways to get involved in Salida's vibrant arts scene! Enjoy live music and light refreshments. A cash bar is available.
