“Service above Self.” Rotary is an international service organization. In Salida, Rotary is the largest service organization with 60 active members – known locally for the Band Shell in Riverside Park, scholarships given annually to deserving high-school students, for the annual Memorial Day Bluegrass Festival, 4th of July Beer Garden, and for the many contributions given annually to needy community organizations.
