Also offers a personal chef service for in-house cooking for clients. Michelle Gapp is a California Culinary Academy graduate and has taken advanced baking classes at the Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley. She is also a member of the Personal Chefs Network. She has been in the restaurant business for many years (more than one-quarter century!).
