Its simple, Dave and I are on site from day one. We prefer not to pay out additional full time supervisory salaries like most companies. This is a direct savings cost to you as an owner. We are committed to our projects by keeping in-house supervision. This lets us be in direct contact with the owner daily through out the entire project. You have a question or comment we are there to listen and answer.
No need for second hand communication,we are your direct source of contact. Daily logs are kept for your review to keep track of our schedules. These daily logs are signed by the owner bi-weekly to know they are being well informed about the project and review of our oversight. This works in direct connection for our scheduled meetings per owners request, we recommend bi–weekly or 1 a month depending on the size of your project.
We schedule and personally attend all building inspections. All reported inspections are e-mailed or faxed for your review.
