NAVSYS is a research and development company that delivers unique and workable solutions to transfer GPS and Assured Positioning Navigation and Timing (A-PNT) technology into its customers’ products. Since its founding in 1986, NAVSYS has grown in terms of customer recognition, capabilities to meet customer needs, and abilities to serve its chosen markets.
NAVSYS serves three distinct markets focused on its core engineering competencies and experience in RF design and digital signal processing as applied to hardware and software for A-PNT solutions. NAVSYS does basic and applied research under contract to government and industrial clients, manufactures high-end, special-purpose instruments and equipment, and develops and patents technology for license and transfer to companies serving commercial markets.
The mission of NAVSYS is to provide inventive A-PNT solutions for new product development through innovative research, practical engineering and close cooperation with commercial and government customers, and to do so at a profit.
The expertise of the NAVSYS team allows us to design and engineer high-quality hardware and software for a wide range of A-PNT applications, including from the space segment, control segment and user segments. Included in our current products are GPS signal generators and simulation software; Software Defined Radios (SDRs) for PNT applications; GPS/inertial/video solutions for mapping and targeting; digital signal processing hardware and software; phased array antennas for high accuracy and interference protection; and A-PNT solutions capable of operating in challenging GPS environments.
