Ava June: Drink your morning coffee while watching white-water rafters cruise down the Arkansas river. This new 2,000 sq. ft. townhome come fully furnished! In the kitchen, you will find all the appliances and gadgets needed for a gourmet meal. The home features; new furniture, two king beds, one pull out couch, large lower and upper level master bedrooms, and three private decks overlooking the Arkansas River.
Casa Azul: Rest, relaxation, peace and privacy, all while living just a few hundred feet off the river! There’s an elegant, contemporary, private master suite and another equally lovely bedroom with a separate bath just steps away in the home. The beginning of Salida’s River Walk is also just footsteps from your door. Downtown is only three blocks away.
Grace Too: Grace, Too is a property which is surrounded by beauty, but provides a safe and protected feeling. S Mountain is so close, you’re tempted to stretch out and touch it! The Arkansas River is directly below you. The valley’s magnificent mountains can be seen from all sides as they shelter and surround you. When you are on the giant deck, with a table that easily seats six, a permanent Weber gas grill and vistas to die for, you realize how special your experience here at Grace, Too is.
Kimberlin: Experience beautiful Salida in the last remaining cabin from historic Kimberlin’s Log Cabin Court. This motor court, which was built in 1936 on the edge of the historic district, is a short walk to downtown via First Street or the delightful river walk that takes you along the banks of the Arkansas River and past several of the rapids braved by kayakers, rafters, anglers and swimmers alike. “Kimberlin’s Cabin” has been completely remodeled. No longer is there a lean-to attached for a mechanic shop and a dairy. Instead, she has been transformed to provide comfort and accessibility after a long day of adventures in town, on the water, or out on the trails.
Little Wren: Little Wren is the perfect place for your home base while you enjoy Salida and all it has to offer you. Little Wren has a secure storage shed for all your skis, tubes, snowboards, bikes, kayaks, canoes and hiking gear. The yard’s carefully fenced ’cause your vacation home is pet friendly, too! Little Wren can accept up to two dogs while you’re enjoying your stay. Both the bedroom and loft have high quality new queen size mattresses so you can rest up after a big day of skiing or snowboarding at Monarch.
