Hello! My name is Catherine Eichel, and I’m a professional Colorado wedding, family, and newborn photographer. My photography style is colorful, bold, and emotional. I love to incorporate Colorado’s beautiful landscape in whatever work I am doing.
I specialize in international outdoor and mountaintop elopements, weddings, and engagements. If being outdoors makes you feel at peace and alive, I’m the photographer for you. As an experienced international backpacker and 14er summiter who is certified in Wilderness First Aid, you can trust you are in good hands in these wild and remote locations.
My family shoots are free-spirited and playful – if your kiddos always sulk during family portraits, I can turn that around. Instead of “smile at the camera”, we play games that gets the kids truly laughing – the more fun we’re having, the better the pictures will be!
I love traveling and shooting all over Colorado, especially Chaffee County and Gunnison County, including Salida, Buena Vista, Crested Butte, and Gunnison. For weddings, I do not charge a travel fee if it is within Colorado.
