In Caleb’s 23 years of Restaurant Operations, he has handled Fine Dining, Cafés, Bistros, Night Clubs, Lounges and Bars. Born and raised in California, Thorne relocated with wife and business partner to Salida, CO. Thorne has controlled operations in affluent cities in Southern California: Pasadena, Anaheim, Hollywood, West Hollywood, Studio City, Sherman Oaks, New Port Beach, Corona Del Mar, Irvine, Huntington Beach and Downtown Los Angeles.
