The Biker & The Baker is the third eatery opened and owned by Sarah and Rob Gartzman, following Sweeties Sandwich Shop and Mo Burrito (sold to longtime employee and Salida local in 2019).  When opening this business in 2017, Rob and Sarah wanted to do things different this time around.
