“Fresh Bread From Scratch”
Little Red Hen Bakery is a small, independently-owned bakery in downtown Salida, CO specializing in fresh-baked artisan bread and treats to feed the community we love. We pride ourselves on using the highest quality ingredients we can get our hands on with a priority on organic and local when possible. We fresh-mill our own whole wheat flour on the premises from Gosar Farm organic wheat berries and never skimp on the butter!
Stop by the corner of 3rd and G Streets to try some of our fresh-baked favorites, like our scones and muffins, whole wheat cinnamon rolls, wood-fired bagels, and sourdough and rosemary olive oil bread. Just look for the wood-fired oven outside!
