Town Challenge Race #6 and Award Ceremony (tentative)

Our weekly race series, with categories for alpine skiers, snowboarders, and telemark skiers. Awards will given out to the winning teams.

Thanks to the Greater Arkansas River Nature Association (GARNA), you can Ski with a Naturalist every Friday from 11 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. Starting in front of the ski patrol headquarters this free, on-hill tour offers guests (all ages and abilities are welcome) the chance to learn about forest ecology, wildlife in the winter, the history of recreation on Monarch Pass, ski area-USFS partnership, Monarch Mountain’s green mission, and more..

Big Mountain Comp

This is an event for u14 skiers and snowboarder that will be held on High Anxiety March 4. It is an IFSA sanctioned regional event that is part of the big mountain schedule.  Check www.freeskiers.org for information on their organization.

Never Summer Running of the 36’s 

A top to bottom race on 136cm Never Summer snowboards for bragging rights, trophies and a brand new custom 36 snowboard! The course will be closed to the public. Scheduled start time is 3pm. A Never Summer demo tent in the base area will accompany the event.

Great Divide Grinder- Fat Bike Race
