26 ~ Howard Volunteer Fire Department's Annual Memorial Day Pancake Breakfast, at the Howard Fire Station on Highway 50. 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. All you can eat - pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, coffee and juice. $5 for adults and $3 for children under 12.
