Oct 26, 2017

This special event is designed with relaxation and reflection in mind. All are welcome to attend. We will begin with a blessing of Earth Mother and our ancestors, followed by a discssion on the power of new moons and in particular this Scorpio new moon. Breath work, subtle body scanning and very gentle movements continue our journey with an opportuntity to reflect in meditation and journaling; and finally to end, a sweet surrender to the lullabye of a sound bath. The subtlety of new moons are ideal for meditation, and creative contemplation in a sacred gathering of community. It is a time to remember who we are, what is valuable for us at this time and to receive guidance on what is to come. It is a symbolic portal for new beginnings, to set intentions, create and develop, cultivate and manifest are dreams into being. As we align with the greater cycles of nature we can allow ourselves to feel into the rejuvenating ebb and flow of life.
